Sweet little copy bound in dark grey paper over boards, silver lettering on front cover & spine, triangular pictorial paste-on. Silver lettering on front cover and spine is bright, clear and complete. Gift inscription on front end page reads, "Bernard's love to Georgaina". Shaky, old fashioned handwriting and probable misspelling of recipient's name hints that this was a gift from one child to another. Flaws include nicks to paper at all four corners and small chips to paper at head and tail of spine. The larger (at the head) measures about 1 cm by 1 cm. Spine paper was detached. We have reattached it with archival glue. We've also tightened the binding a bit. Front cover pictorial shows a few tiny scratch marks. There is moderate interior margin soil, but most pages are quite clean. Four pages have small surface scars in the margins, as if something sticky had gotten on the pages and temporarily adhered them. Overall the book is in G+ condition. 27 color plates plus pictorial end sheets.
